We are looking for a bathroom expert to join our fantastic team in delivering exceptional results and providing exceptional service to our customers to help us on our way to becoming the number one choice for all bathroom products in Stoke and beyond. Having a background in the bathroom industry is preferred although full product knowledge training will be provided. You’ll be part of a small in-store team with the number one goal to get to the heart of what customers need for their bathroom project. Whatever the customer query is, you’ll understand what customers are looking for and offer solutions that fit their requirements.

Typical tasks include:

• Greeting and liaising with customers when they enter the store
• Providing information and advice on products / product types
• Assessing customers’ bathroom needs and providing relevant advice and guidance
• Understanding customer requirements and suggesting products that suit
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Monitoring stock levels and advising on delivery
• General housekeeping

• Confident and professional manner in dealing with a variety of different customer situations

• Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends.

Standard hours of work are: 40 per week
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 Saturday/Sunday (on a rota basis with days off in the week) 08:30 – 17:00/ 10:00-16:00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,396.80 per year
