We’re on the lookout for a down to earth, people loving Retail Site Manager for Freedom Fuels to take charge of our Mount Gravatt site. What you’ll do Lead, support and uplift your team — you set the tone, and they follow your enthusiasm. Build a safe, friendly, customer first environment that feels great to walk into. Oversee daily operations including stock, fuel, cash handling and store presentation. Keep the site humming: clean, organised and ready for anything. Make thoughtful decisions that help the site grow and perform well, now and in the long run. Work hand in hand with your Area Manager and your team to improve, tweak and evolve the site - everyone’s ideas matter. What you’ll bring Experience managing a retail site (fuel or convenience experience is a bonus). The flexibility to work across store operating hours, generally Monday through until Friday each week A natural leadership style that builds trust, confidence and independence in your team. Solid operational knowhow, especially around stock, cash and safety. Clear communication, steady hands under pressure and a practical, solutions focused mindset.
