We’re seeking an experienced Retail Site Manager to lead one of our vibrant locations in Southeast QLD, where delivering an exceptional customer experience is always a top priority.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for someone who leads by example and brings energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll need:

• Proven experience in retail or hospitality management
• Excellent communication – both written and verbal
• Solid computer literacy and comfort with tech tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 20kgs
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Food Safety Certification – desirable

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As our Retail Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cash Handling & Reconciliation – Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Food Management & Supervision – Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Site Hygiene & Presentation – Maintain a clean, welcoming and compliant workplace
• Performance & KPI’s – Drive results by meeting budgets and Key Performance Indicators
• Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and mentor our future retail rockstars
