Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Site Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy fuel and convenience outlet located at Spence Street in Cairns. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment, while driving team performance and maintaining high operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong people management skills, a commitment to safety and compliance, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.
‘On Spence’ is a high volume fuel retail operation, includes a busy convenience store and is recognised for its quality food offerings and excellent service. The site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the site team to deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Oversee daily site operations, including fuel, food, and convenience store areas
  • Monitor and control stock, ordering, merchandising, and wastage
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and EH&S standards and procedures
  • Manage staff rosters, recruitment, training, and performance
  • Volume cash handling and reconciliations
  • Food management supervision (including hygiene and food presentation)
  • Ensure the site is always clean, well-presented, and operating efficiently
