OVERVIEW: Customer Service and Sales Responsibilities: Retrieving stock from back rooms for Footwear Sales Associates as requested to support customer service and selling Returning un-sold product to the correct location in the stockroom Maintaining a clean/clear workplace both on and off the sales floor Bring to life the power of your opinion – especially about footwear. Making sure our experience includes consultative advice to our athletes, demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Hold teammates accountable for effectively executing selling behaviors related to our selling model. Provide outstanding teammate training and coaching to deliver on the store vision and experience. This could include one-on-one teammate conversations, facilitating group training sessions and conducting role play exercises. Uphold DICK’S Sporting Goods’ standards for merchandise presentation, showcasing the best apparel and equipment brands in sporting goods Promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions Operational Responsibilities: Freight processing Maintain stockroom to company standards Maintain sales floor standards and replenish accessories Assist with visual and graphic updates to the Footwear Department Assist with required department pricing activity and claim requirements Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Adhere to all loss prevention standards and audit requirements As business needs arise, support the store leadership team in any way to deliver on our Common Purpose QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1-3 years related experience Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
