The Retail Department here at Pleasure Beach Resort is on the hunt for an energetic and passionate Social Media, Sales & Marketing Assistant to become a vital part of our team. Who Are We Looking For? We seek individuals with a blend of enthusiasm, reliability, and a marketing-centric mindset. Ideal candidates are self-starters, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Create Content and Drive our social media engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), ensuring timely responses to comments, posts, and enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Head Of Retail on strategy development and implementation of retail campaigns landing them on social media platforms.
  • Analyse performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Create compelling content for both digital and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Create, design, and send target sales emails via mailchimp to our subscribers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for new enquiries, providing exceptional customer service across all communication channels. Your goal is to ensure a positive and seamless experience for every customer.
  • Communication: Maintain active and open lines of communication with customers through email and telephone. Your proactive approach will help nurture internal and customer relationships and support the sales.
  • Sales Management: Keep a close eye on the sales pipeline. You’ll track progress, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and increase sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing.
