• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and explain mobile phone devices, features, and accessories.
• Recommend suitable wireless plans (e.g., prepaid, postpaid, data plans, family plans) based on customer needs.
• Stay up to date on promotions, pricing, and product knowledge.
• Process transactions using POS systems, including activations, upgrades, and bill payments.
• Troubleshoot basic customer service and technical issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and display updates as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent. College education is a plus
• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology and products.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be located in commutable distance to London, Ontario, Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
