We currently have an opportunity for Retail Stand Managers to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club

Main Responsibilities

  • To attend pre-match managers briefings, partaking in training required by legislation and the company.
  • To monitor staff working practices and assist with the training and development of staff to ensure they are working efficiently and productively with reference to responsibilities and job description of staff and deal with any staff complaints
  • Ensuring that both bar and floor staff are attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
  • Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests while dealing with any complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Making sure staff are signed in, fully briefed and given their allocated break time
  • Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy

  • Able to drive sales, performance of individuals and meet customer expectation
