At Thrift Bazaar, we are a busy and vibrant fashion retail store offering a wide range of clothing, footwear, handbags, and accessories. Our store is known for modest fashion, trendy footwear, and stylish bags, attracting a loyal customer base. We’re looking for a talented Retail Stock & Sales Manager to lead our store operations, manage inventory, and drive sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail management (fashion/clothing/shoes preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of POS/till systems and basic stock software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, or Punjabi preferred
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee stock control and inventory management for clothing, shoes, and handbags
  • Keep store displays full, clean, and visually appealing
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Track stock levels, place timely re-orders, and prevent shortages
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally
  • Promote new arrivals, seasonal sales, and special offers to increase revenue
