JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will assist in production, sales, customer service, and maintaining store organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail or customer service role
• Basic computer literacy (advantageous)
• Valid South African driver’s license (advantageous)
• Must reside near Westgate Shopping Mall (non-negotiable)
• Willingness to work additional hours when required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Contactable references required

• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Record daily water production, sales, and perform cash reconciliation
• Refill and package bottled water for customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels
• Keep the store clean and well-organized
• Communicate with the main office/manager regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
