REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Understanding of Social Media Sales / Marketing
• Confident in doing Live Sales on Facebook and TikTok

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Restock merchandise and ensure proper display to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory management and stock ordering.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
• Process and Pack Click & Collect and Online Orders for Dispatch
• Social Media Marketing and Content Videos
• Social Medial Live Sales on Facebook and TikTok
