Your Day-to-Day: Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation. Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo’s innovative features. Support marketing events and workshops—be part of the buzz around our newest campaigns. Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy. Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe. Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.
