We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in POS systems and retail software applications.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and retail math principles.
• Experience in budgeting, purchasing, merchandising, and sales management.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain financial records diligently.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
