Personnel Management: * Recruit top talent for our retail store. * Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations * Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments * Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment * Uphold company policies and standards Retail Store Operations: * Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability * Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedback * Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees. Marketing and Customer Relations * Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service * Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives * Collaborate on the planning and execution in-store and off-site events Qualifications and Skills: * Genuine passion for culinary products and experiences * Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail experience considered. * Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience * Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities * Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills * Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel * Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35 lbs. or more * Comfortable using a ladder We welcome applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States.
