Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Houston location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales performance, and maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. Responsibilities Manage and lead the daily operations of the retail store Hire, train, and supervise team members to ensure top-tier customer service Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking Develop sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store Handle customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for upper management Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets Experience with POS systems and inventory software High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company Professional development and training programs Dynamic and collaborative work environment Employee discounts and recognition programs
