Job Description Job Description As a Retail Store Manager at Story Lane Box, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while driving business growth. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of associates, manage sales goals, and uphold our brand values through exceptional service and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory management. Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain store standards, visual displays, and merchandising guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated service issues effectively. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive initiatives and improvements. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred. 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or lifestyle retail. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and performance goals. Knowledge of inventory management, staffing, and scheduling systems.
