We are hiring immediately two leadership roles:

• Retail store manager (which we call store leader)
• Assistant store manager (which we call assistant store leader

You bring to the store manager role:

• 7+ years of retail store manager experience
• 5+ years of experience leading a large retail team and managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
• A leader who leads by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• Ability to travel to other store locations for training for the first two months in rol

You bring to the assistant store manager role:

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• Ability to travel to other store locations for training for the first two months in rol
