RETAIL STORE MANAGER – FULL TIME POSITION SALARY $75,000 PLUS SUPER

Anita’s boutique ice creams are 100% hand-made. With over 150 different kinds of frozen yoghurt, sorbets, and organic sugar-free, fat-free, soy-based and real cream-based ice creams we cater for all dietary needs. Tempting toppings include fresh fruit, syrups, premium chocolate and in particular, the jams, which still come from Mama Anita’s own kitchen. We are known for serving up the best frozen treats in town!
We are looking for Retail Store Managers for multiple stores across Sydney.
As the Retail Store Manager of one of our Sydney stores, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the store while ensuring a fun, welcoming environment for all customers.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

-Oversee the daily operations of your store, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient
processes.
-Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of customer service are
consistently met.
-Plan and manage stock levels, orders, and inventory to prevent shortages or waste.
-Monitor sales performance and drive strategies to achieve sales targets and increase
profitability.
-Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene practices are
followed.
-Implement promotional activities, marketing strategies, and seasonal campaigns to boost
sales.
-Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
