The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our retail outlet at Melbourne Airport. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise a small team, and ensure outstanding customer service.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Melbourne Airport retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor product ranges, stock levels, pricing, and service quality to meet business and customer needs.
• Coordinate purchasing and implement in-store promotions and marketing activities.
• Lead, mentor, and roster a small team of four staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
