Join Our Team! We’re a licensed cannabis retailer in Canada looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Anyone with a background in cannabis will be given interview priority. Must have your CANNSELL and Police background check ready but these can be acquired easily after hiring.
Store is located in Picton, Ontario. Please let us know if you live in the town, you will be given preference for interviewing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry would be nice but not necessary. If you have budtending history please still apply.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and staff training
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of budtenders and support staff
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Daily deposits to the banks
  • Scheduling in PUSH
  • COVA and DUTCHIE POS troubleshooting
  • Keep in constant contact with owners
