JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources to achieve store objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience supervising teams of 30 or more employees
• Strong understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in training development and employee orientation processes.
• Ability to manage shifts efficiently while ensuring optimal staff performance.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with stock management systems and retail clerk responsibilities is preferred.

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, pricing strategies, and product placement.
• Conduct employee orientation and training development programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
• Manage shift schedules and time management for all employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Interview potential candidates and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
