JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, pricing strategies, and product placement.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training development programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
  • Manage shift schedules and time management for all employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
