About the role

Lead an IGA supermarket and take ownership of store performance, team development and customer service. We are seeking experienced Store Managers to lead our IGA supermarkets across south-east of Perth. With further expansion planned, we are looking for capable leaders who bring solid supermarket experience and a hands-on approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and maintain high standards of presentation and customer service.
• Lead, supervise and develop the store team.
• Manage inventory, ordering and stock control.
• Monitor financial performance and manage operating costs.
• Maintain food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Work independently while keeping clear communication with the wider business.

About you

• At least 5 years of supermarket experience in a comparable Store Manager or senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, inventory and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, organisation and team development skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for store outcomes.
• Availability to work 45 hours per week.
• Full-time working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to work at one of our local or regional Western Australian locations.
