We are looking for a dynamic person to manage our new JOULES franchise store in Ambleside.

Step into a role as a Store Manager working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.
Previous store management experience is essential, either at Manager or Assistant Manager level. We are looking for proven organisational, merchandising and customer service skills and the drive to achieve sales targets. Attention to detail and initiative are required as is a flexible approach with a hard-working, friendly and outgoing manner. Our focus is on ensuring our stores look fabulous and engaging with our wonderful customers.   • Overseeing store ranging and stock control
  • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
  • Motivating your team to meet store sales targets
  • Planning and directing enticing visual merchandising
  • Ensuring excellence in housekeeping
  • Liaising with Joules, head office and other stores
  • Matching staffing levels with consumer demand
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and company procedures
  • Attending conferences at Joules
