As our Store Manager, your role involves overseeing our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails an extensive range of Lindt Chocolates and has a takeaway offering of Lindt hot and cold chocolate drinks, coffee, and ice cream.
Lead the store’s performance, fostering a supportive team environment, achieve sales and manage expenses to deliver profitability, guiding and coaching our ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations, and managing day-to-day operations. This includes multitasking between customers, inventory management, food safety compliance, visual merchandising, preparing take away drinks and ice cream all with an exceptional customer centric approach.
