We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for driving business and growing their store; getting the balance right between commercial, visual and operational expectations. They will have a genuine passion for our brand and be capable of managing and inspiring a highly engaged team to maximise sales while putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

• Actively build your teams; recruiting, training and developing as well as identifying and addressing performance concerns in line with company policy
