Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing effective processes and staff management.
• Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team to drive performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in service.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop strategic plans that enhance store performance and meet financial targets.
• Manage inventory levels through proactive stock control, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred for a strong foundational understanding of the retail landscape.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, STORE MANAGER with FOOTWEAR BACKGROUND (ONLY)
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively to ensure the store's financial success.
• Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
