About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, merchandising, and team development to ensure the store achieves and exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales results and meet/exceed store budgets and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Implement promotional and sales strategies to maximise performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment and uphold Shoe Connection’s brand values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in retail management (footwear or fashion preferred).
  • A strong sales focus with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for fashion, shoes, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday on a rotating roster.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
