Managing daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
6) Financial Management:
monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7) Loss Prevention:
Implementing security measures, monitoring for theft, and handling loss prevention procedures.
8) Compliance and Regulations:
Ensuring the store adheres to all relevant regulations and policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and arabic.
Customer Service: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and de-escalation.
Sales: Strong sales skills and ability to drive revenue.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
