Founded in 1996 in Salcombe, Devon our stores are predominantly in the South West of England with further plans to expand the store portfolio and a growing online presence. As a Store Manager, it is your job to lead the team and store to success. Managing your space with the customer at the heart of what you do, you will be passionate about creating an exceptional atmosphere for both staff and shoppers alike.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively manage store operations. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store meets its sales targets while providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management roles with a strong track record in sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy retail environment.
  • Experience in supervising teams, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere, and driving performance.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks including stock management, reporting, and staff scheduling.
  • A passion for retail with a keen eye for detail and visual merchandising standards.
