Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, properly stocked, and visually appealing.
Maintain merchandising displays and product presentation according to Water Depot standards.
Ensure accurate processing of sales, refunds, customer payments, and deposits.
Monitor cash handling procedures and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure appropriate stock levels.
Order products and supplies within established purchasing guidelines.
Minimize inventory shrinkage, product damage, and unnecessary expenses.
Scheduling of product installation and service.
Scheduling of staff including service technicians.
Focus on customer needs including incoming and outgoing sales calls and service.
