REQUIREMENTS OF OUR STORE MANAGER

• We are looking for previous Store Managers experience in the Retail sector.
• With a natural enthusiasm for the task at hand, you’ll be able to share this zeal with your team and motivate them to a very high standard.
• A commercially astute and high numeric Manager, you’ll also know what steps to take to enhance your stores appeal and profitability.
• A good team leader with plenty of self -motivation
• Proven track record for achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: €45,000.00-€65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Retail management: 10 years (preferred)

• As Store Manager you’ll manage all aspects of our showroom, consistently aiming to get the best from your store, as well as your team.
• Train and manage staff and lead by example, you’ll be passionate about customer service.
• Guiding and developing your team to deliver top customer service on Tiles,Bathrooms and Wood Flooring, as Store Manager you’ll also efficiently handle the administrative side of the business,including sales targets,stock management and cash control.
• To maintain brand standards, create a professional and fun working environment.
• Ensure that health and safety and highest standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times.
• Assist the store in exceeding its KPI targets by way of effective selling and training.
