One of our clients is currently seeking Retail Store Sales Associates to join their team in Fonthill, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day store operations. Full training will be provided on all pool-related products and procedures.
Position: Retail Store Sales Associate
Location: Fonthill, ON
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Shifts: To be discussed — flexibility required (must be available on Saturdays)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience is required
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be available to work Saturdays and flexible on weekdays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium loads
• Knowledge of pool products is an asset but not mandatory (training provided)

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance in a courteous, professional manner
• Perform water testing and recommend suitable chemical treatments
• Educate customers on pool maintenance products and services
• Operate POS systems and process cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and product displays
• Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and restocking shelves
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
