POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Retail Store Supervisor, your primary objective is to oversee the daily operations of a BBOS retail store during your shift, ensuring efficient team management, excellent customer service, and store’s profitability.
You will play an integral part as a member of the BBOS team and will get an opportunity to stretch your capabilities by getting involved in multiple activities and tasks. If you love to learn and grow your career, this is the place you are looking for.

Leading Customer Experience
Ensure that we provide exceptional customer service at your store.
Being available in the store to answer customers’ questions and help them to make the right buying decisions by suggesting the right products.
Leading your team
Manage team’s performance proactively and in accordance with company guidelines.
Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Leading your business
Open and close the store on a regular basis in accordance with the company’s expectations.
