JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent leadership skills, and be keen on being on our social media pages. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Your ability to effectively communicate and motivate your team will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Experience:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising strategies, and product displays to optimize sales.
• Oversee cash handling procedures.
• Implement effective recruiting strategies to build a strong team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Aid in conducting team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store management and operations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as budgeting & scheduling, and social media.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proven experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management within a retail environment.
• Proficient in retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions and reporting.
