We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising strategies, and product displays to optimize sales.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures.
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to build a strong team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Aid in conducting team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store management and operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as budgeting & scheduling, and social media.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management within a retail environment.
  • Proficient in retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and pricing strategies.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions and reporting.
