Our client, a premium clothing and accessories store are hiring as a Retail Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent role either full time, or part time with some flexibility required for weekend shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of retail sales experience, ideally clothing but retail is essential, with some seniority/supervisory experience would be ideal
• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Keswick
• Able to work some additional hours and some weekends

· Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and selections.
· Use your communication skills to effectively explain product details and promotions.
· Manage inventory and create attractive merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience.
· Keep the store clean, organised, and welcoming, adhering to company policies.
· Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.
· Prioritise tasks efficiently to ensure smooth store operations.
