Achieve financial, sales, and budget targets by controlling expenditures, analyzing variance and reducing the expense utilities budget and thus by initiates corrective actions.
Establish Objectives and Plans for continual improvement of the branch performance
Control the Inventory, movement of stock, Spoilage, Damaged items, Return and Dead stock.
Ensure branch preventive maintenance is scheduled and performed periodically
Liaise with HR, IT, Trading, Administration, and other departments to ensure availability of resources.
Manage store inventory effectively and must have good analytical skills in inventory turnover for the goods available at the back store to ensure that merchandise are quickly converted into sales and to minimize stock variation.
Handle customer complaints for the branch and the related remedial and corrective actions.
