JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager or similar role in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, while maximizing profitability.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
  • Utilize RQ by iQmetrix software to manage transactions and inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth point-of-sale operations.
  • Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash register balances.
  • Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
