Job Name: Retail Store Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the operation and functioning of the gas station including the convenience store.
• Supervise and oversees the function of the subordinate staff.
• Train new staff
• Ensures that the customers are attended promptly and proactively by the support staff.
• Improvise and implement methods to increase the sale of the convenience store like suggestive selling.
• Entertain, answer, and resolve customers’ queries and complaints concerning products and gas pumps.
• Ensures that the fuel price display is maintained and updated.
• Ensures that all the promotional schemes running at the Gas Station are properly displayed and customers are promptly and proactively informed about the promotions at the cash counter.
• Maintain sufficient inventories at the store and order them accordingly to make shelves well stocked.
• Schedule and oversees the delivery of fuels.
• Ensure that the products are conveniently placed, and price tags are properly attached.
• Maintain cleanliness at the Gas Station.
