We help occupiers to optimise and expand their store/branch portfolios, advise shopping centre owners/investors on optimising their investments, and provide visitor insights and impact analysis for BIDs and Local Authorities. Whilst located in the UK, our client base is global, so we expect opportunities to travel and collaborate with Colliers’ international teams.
Job Description
The role of Senior Manager at Colliers supports the team leadership with client relationship management and end-to-end project management from lead generation through to scoping and delivery. Developing strong working relationships, shaping methodologies and leading client presentations are key, alongside coaching junior team members to ensure all work is delivered to the robust, high quality that our clients expect.
