Reporting to the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager, the Retail Stylist provides exceptional customer service and recommendations to all clients that walk into the store. The Retail Stylist will build a strong clientele base of returning customers and provide a personalized shopping experience tailored to each client’s preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent formal education
• 6 months of retail selling experience (in luxury fashion, an asset)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, professional and polite
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Available to work retail hours (days, evenings, weekends)
• Physical requirements: able to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb (≈16 kg)

• Be a brand ambassador for all products sold at the store and online
• Achieving personal sales goals and store sales goals by providing excellent customer service and using sales tactics
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with regular clients
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer service experience
• Maintain shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
• Adhere to loss prevention and security policies, credit policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management – i.e. shipping, receiving and verification of merchandise, various back store functions, cash duties, etc.
