JOB DESCRIPTION

Aramark are currently seeking a Retail Supervisor to join the team. You will report into the Retail manager assisting in the operation of our shop at Galway University Hospital.
This role will work 5 days over 7.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience essential

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations for UHG in the absence of the Retail Manager.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality and work within Aramark’s Monthly “Innovate” programs.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Supporting Retail Manager daily.
  • Day-to-day running of the floor management.
  • Assist the Deli Supervisor in the Management of all the HACCP Records.
  • Engage with Aramark monthly promotional specials.
  • Ensure compliance with Aramark financial regulations.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels. Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to in the restaurant in line with Aramark Policy.
  • Organizing, leading, and motivating the restaurant team.
  • Train and manage all Restaurant personnel and supervise/coordinate all related floor activities, demonstrating a can-do attitude.
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback to all employees.
  • Ensure all Aramark policies and procedures are followed.
  • To maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and the team.
  • Responsible for cashing up/opening tills following Aramark’s Strick financial procedures.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by the line Manager.
