You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact! This is a full-time role and flexibility to work morning, day, evening shifts weekdays and available on rotational weekends for open and close shifts is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role. What’s involved: Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements Managing and coordinating stock effectively. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others. Responsibilities

The Retail Supervisor will act as the primary support for senior leadership, ensuring high energy and smooth workflow within their designated department by leading the team through example. Responsibilities include demonstrating best service practices, coaching team members, assisting with onboarding and training, maintaining merchandising standards, and effectively managing stock.
