Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture that develops engaged product and brand ambassadors within the store, while empowering the Store Management team to be customer-first and results-driven. This role also involves coaching the team to deliver elevated brand experiences and managing store schedules and wages effectively to meet targets.
