· To drive the Emmaus enterprise sales and achieve targets whilst supervising daily functions.
· Help to lead a team to deliver great customer service to our donors and customers.
· Work with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to drive sales.
· Help to recruit, train & retain a volunteer team, who’ll look to you for leadership and guidance.
· Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, ensuring you and your team’s health and safety is a priority.
· Help to manage effective stock processes to ensure your shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock at all times.
· Drive gift aid contributions and initiatives.
· Manage logistics of collections and deliveries.
· Act as a brand ambassador for Emmaus Hull & East Riding, supporting in store and social media campaigns to promote the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
