Job Description The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all the sales outlet activities assigned to them. Guaranteeing that the quantitative objectives (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) defined are achieved, in line with the Brand guidelines and company standards. The core responsibilities of the role include: 1) guaranteeing that quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores are achieved in economic terms (budget, turnover, profitability) and in terms of the correct Brand image; 2) analyzing and conducting "diagnostic" studies to provide a rapid response (tactically) based on the specific needs and context of the stores, focusing on a long-term strategy. In the case of DOS (Directly Operated Stores) or Concessions, they are directly responsible for resources (people, costs, investments). Qualifications 1.01 Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes the growth of stores in its reference area, in compliance with company guidelines 1.02 Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget 1.03 Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale, the performance of the staff, the products, guaranteeing the customer a level of service in line with company standards and the philosophy of the Brand 1.04 Manages and controls the staff of the POS in terms of selection, development and assignment of adequate tasks and targets, in accordance with the business objectives and performance expectations of the stores in the assigned area 1.05 Monitors ongoing activities in the stores, both proactively and reactively, in order to implement quick solutions that allow you to maintain in line with business objectives 1.06 Is responsible for enhancing staff knowledge through suitable training activities, such as: products, customers, sales techniques, coordination of store activities with the other touchpoints of the Brand 1.07 Manages, coordinates and controls the assigned resources (people, costs and investments) 1.08 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities 1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business 1.10 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community Additional Information Degree in Fashion Business or Economics; 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the fashion industry; Proven client relationship management; Proficient in English (C1 level); Full availability to travel.
