French Connection is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our French Connection outlet store in York Designer Outlet, could that be you?
Roles available:
1 x 12 hours per week (flexible during the weekdays and weekends)
The successful applicants will have comparable experience gained within a fast-paced high street retailer, and will combine an outgoing personality with a genuine love of the French Connection brand.

• Increase sales through consistency in the customer service experience, using a variety of selling techniques and product knowledge (i.e. fit, sizing, fabric content, ranges etc)
• Maintain maximum stock availability through effective use of replenishment
• Welcome all customers entering the store with a friendly and warm approach while reaming calm, professional and focused, acting as a brand ambassador in difficult situations.
• Supervisor duties of Opening/Closing the store
• Overseeing store duties in the absence of management
