Lovaxy is a premium Australian beauty brand specialising in custom luxury female press-on nails. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our growing team in Warrnambool, Regional Victoria.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily retail operations.
• Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.
• Responding to customers’ inquiries and complaints about goods and services.
• Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances.
• Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures.
• Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action.
• Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock.
• Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed.
• Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
• Overseeing daily retail operations.
• Managing and supervising retail staff.
• Maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Reporting on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
• Providing constructive feedback to staff.
• Implementing promotional events and sales activities.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a female beauty retail supervisor.
• Minimum 1 year experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Experience within the nail industry is essential.
• Experience creating social media posts for business promotion.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
