We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to support our Group Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations at Loulou’s Boulangerie & Traiteur. You’ll help lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining product standards, and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting staff training and mentoring.
• Running the store during management’s days off.
• Coordinating daily operations with the kitchen and bistro teams.
• Managing retail and delivery orders with precision and care.
