In this pivitol role you’ll lead a passionate team, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team leadership – coordinate, coach and train a dynamic team in a positive working environment.
• Rostering - Assist the manager in all aspects of rostering and ensuring team members availability is up to date.
• Operational duties – assist with all aspects of cafe operations such as driving sales, allocating jobs, opening/closing the store, weekly ordering/stocktaking and merchandising.
• Customer engagement – maintain a welcoming and engaging store presentation for customers. Address customer enquiries and handle complaints in a considerate and timely manner.
• Quality Standards – Deliver consistently high-quality coffee, customer service and standards of cleanliness.
