QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a retail supervisory role (preferably in a fuel or convenience setting).
· Relevant Certificate IV in Retail Management or equivalent (or demonstrable skills through work experience if under DAMA skills concession).
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
· Understanding of Australian WHS practices and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy petrol station. This is a sponsored position under the DAMA program, and we welcome overseas applicants who meet the required skills and experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising in line with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain cash handling, reconciliation, and loss prevention practices.
  • Support the Station Manager with rostering, staff training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law and other relevant retail standards.
  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the forecourt and store areas.
